User Accounts

Account Creation

To use BillBird, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

Account Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use BillBird. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Gmail Access

By connecting your Gmail account, you grant BillBird permission to:

• Access your emails in read-only mode
• Scan for subscription-related content
• Store subscription information in our database

You can revoke this access at any time through your account settings or Google account settings.

Subscription Plans and Payments

Plan Options

BillBird offers Free, Core, and Pro subscription plans with different features and limitations.

Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

Cancellation

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until then.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission
• Share your account with others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Intellectual Property

BillBird and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BillBird and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

BillBird is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• All subscription detections will be accurate
• The service will meet your specific requirements
• Any errors will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BillBird shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, BillBird does not guarantee that all subscriptions will be detected or that detected information is completely accurate. You are responsible for verifying subscription details and managing your actual subscriptions with service providers.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account:

• For violation of these Terms of Service
• For fraudulent or illegal activity
• At our discretion, with or without notice

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
